The 118238 is really nice as well. 18238 has the advantage of double quickest over 18038, but the only advantages of 18238 over 118238 which occur to me are a) the much wider choices available (in dials, bezels, and even bracelets), and b) the cost. Some minor style differences (brushed vs. polished lug tops, engraved rehaut, etc.), but nothing major. With a 2023 126710BLNR I would be looking to trade into a really nice fullset 18238 (the double quickset is great) that is a full set with minimal wear. Or even a 118238 - this would likely take funds on top to get the 6 digit.
