Greetings. I own a 16570 Rolex Explorer II. I see that it is not turning the date over until 8 minutes past midnight. That doesn't sound right as my Omega and ETA movements turn it over with precision. Should I send the watch into the RSC directly or do I visit an AD, I'm leaning toward the former? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank . Call the RSC, they will send you a box with all instructions. Just a heads up, they only accept shipment by USPS, Registered and Insured Mail. No FEDEX. If you try another way, the watch will be rejected by them and returned to you. Good luck. If you send them in then you deal with RSC directly, without a filter or time delay to relay a message. Call Dallas up and have a conversation with them and request a package to send your watch in. They will send you one and follow the directions provided or they will not accept the watch.
For modern Rolex watches, feel free to send them directly to Rolex for service. None of the components on the watch are rare or highly collectible, and even if Rolex does replace certain parts, the watch you receive back will be more-or-less identical to the watch you sent in .
