Hermes did say something along those lines at the end of season1 episode 12 after Bell won. So it makes me think that Bell is related to Zues somehow. Just my opinion nothing more.

I got the sense she also uses sexual violence to control most of her subjects. I wouldnt call it rape as hermes wanted a way to tell ishtar about Bell which was given away by asfi . Bel is the last remenant of the zeus famila who was the strongest familia in history, leveled up in 1 month and a half when even the most talented adventures take 1-2 years and Hermes can tell that the battle that will decide the fate of the lower world will begin in the near future so Hermes decided to bet evrything on Bel and make a the hero that will be able to save .
