The YSL WOC comes in two sizes- “Envelope” the smaller size measuring 7.4 X 4.9 X 1.4 inches, and a larger size (the size I have) which YSL simply calls it’s “monogram chain wallet” which measures 8.8 X 5.5 X 1.6 inches. However, the more I look into the small woc, the more I see negative reviews on the poor wear of the bag, particularly on the corners, which are much sharper on the small woc than the large. In fact, in general the quality on the larger woc appears to be better?
After visiting the Majorelle gardens in Marrakech, and falling even more in love with Yves Saint Laurent, we arrived at the nearby La Mamounia Hotel—lo and behold, there’s a fucking Saint Laurent store!! I tried on the YSL Black Chevron WOC (shown below), but I hesitated and decided no, I couldn’t. Then I regretted it. a lot. The large size YSL WOC is pretty close in price to the diorama WOC but of course it's quite a bit larger. I will have to research the durability of the Diorama as well as what it can hold. Chanel is a bit over my price range and the WOC doesn't have the removeable chain to turn it .
