If I were to go with a strap on my 39mm Explorer I Mk2 I have long thought I’d go with an Everest curved end leather strap with tang buckle. However thus far I’ve kept my Explorer on OEM bracelet. The solution is curved springbars. The better solution is a strap that was designed with curved ends/curved springbars. If I have a leather strap was not designed to be curved I will wet the ends with water so they become softer and more pliable.
